Eye Bag Removal (Blepharoplasty)

What does it involve?

Some patients have an unsightly excess of skin, and sometimes fat, in the upper and/or lower eyelids, giving them a general look of being tired and heavy set. With blepharoplasty, it is relatively easy to correct this situation. The scars are practically invisible, hidden within the natural folds of the skin and usually in this part of the face are of very high quality. The surgery can be performed under local anaesthesia with slight sedation or general anaesthesia and the eyelids of the patient will look refreshed and less heavy.

After surgery

In the areas treated it is possible to observe some swelling and some bruising, but this situation improves greatly in the first week after surgery. Blepharoplasty is a procedure that gives a very high level of satisfaction for the patient and the end result is very natural.
